Very bad travel check

Thanks for response from travelcheck. Remember travelcheck i bought ticket to cape town from you not SAA, you did tell me that i should check for ticket errors before and after i bought the ticket. Refund of R 133.61 is child's play. You wanted to give me voucher of R200 to stay away from the case, does not make longical sense i dont fly often. This is very bad business practice, you undermining people. Follow up number ***
