use caution

Do not reccomend. They do have better prices sometimes. But be careful and rather use them for bookings that are way in the future and have a minimal risk of complications.

On once occastion they sold me a tickets for a flight departing in fwe hours, but it was too late for them to actually issue that ticket. I was unable to take that flight as a result.

On another occassion they were handling rebooking my cancelled flight. The communication was extremely slow and painful. Most of the time they were forwarding me unhelpful generic anwsers instead of actually focusing on the problem. You can see that their communication is really unprofessional.

I don't think I will be using them anymore.
