Unacceptable behavior of a travel agent
I had to give them one star to be able to write this feedback. They deserve minus stars as I have proof that they were reimbursed in June 2020 by Turkish Airlines for a ticket of mine that was cancelled back in March this year. Whilst I accept that Corona has put a lot of pressure on all of us, I do not accept that a company has the audacity to hold back payments received and then still indicating that they will deduct some R 600.00 admin fees when I had to do all the follow-up work. By the way, this is not hearsay - I can prove all my above comments in writing. Stay well clear of this travel agent - they disgust me.

22 Sept 2020, 10:42Then I strongly suggest that you get cracking as the refund was paid in June !!! We are now coming to the end of September !!! This really is a lame excuse - go and blame someone else, wonderful. My claim about your poor service strengthens.
