TRAVELCHECK - SHAME ON YOU!

We made a reservation via Travelcheck to travel to Europe just prior to Covid. We received some communications from them concerning our paid tickets. when it later came to receiving repayment by voucher their communications totally stopped. Their numbers does not work nor is there replies via the electronic media. This is unacceptable and although they advertise widely and we trusted them we unfortunately now have to join those people who feels that we have been ****med.....I cannot recommend them as trustworthy or helpful. I cannot recommend them for any future use. I will also contact their advertisers to inform them of such. This was my pensioners savings to visit my Kids. We lost a lot of money due to them......
