Absolutely pathetic service from Travelcheck!

Travelcheck South Africa advertises lower rates than the airlines and after payment is made they request more money to 'confirm bookings' because fares have increased!

After more money was requested to confirm my booking I checked the fares with the airlines and they hadn't changed! Neither did the deal on Travelcheck's website! So they were ******** more consumers into using their services by advertising lower rates.

They claimed that the fares increased but how did it increase without the airline's fare increasing? If they anticipated this increase by some way why didn't they update their website?

The cancellation policy also ensures that consumers will have no other choice than to pay the supposed fare increases because they do not give full refunds, they charge R200 per ticket for cancellation!

To top things off their phone lines do not work and the only way you can get through to them is via email and Facebook! How professional!!!
