TRAVELCHECK REFUSES TO REFUND FOR CANCELLED FLIGHTS FROM 2020

TravelCheck SA has refused to assist me with my refund for flights to Portugal since 2020. I have been trying for 2.5 years to get my money returned to me for flights that I never took. I have chatted to 5 different people, and I have also contacted the airline TAAG for assistance, Taag was willing to provide assistance if we could provide a RA Number (refund number that TravelCheck will have if they had requested a refund) - but TravelCheck could not provide it as they did not put a refund request. They told me they put in a refund request and numerous times blamed TAAG for not paying out the funds - they ****!.
