Travelcheck is useless.

I've been struggling since March 2021 to get my refund for Air tickets (2) bought to Netherlands, but up to today no refund has come through. Every e-mail from them is just a promise but nothing gets done.... very sad - we are pensioners and need the money as we can't visit our kids anymore.
