Travelcheck has zero care for customers

I have been trying on multiple occasions to get hold of Travelcheck in order to discuss a refund of flight tickets bought through them, then could not be used due to travel restrictions during the Covid-19 pandemic. Travelcheck does not answer any of my mails, their telephone does not seem to work. I would appear that they are avoiding my query. DISGUSTING SERVICE!
