Travelcheck - ghost online company

Travelcheck is an online booking company. I bought tickets through cheapflights but was unable to travel due to the pandemic. I have been trying to get my refund for the past 2 years without success. Initially I got responses in that TAAG had not given them the monies. I now have proof that they have received my monies and since then Travelcheck does not respond to my emails. THERE IS ALSO NO TELEPHONIC CONTACT FOR FOLLOW UPS. I have threatened legal action to no avail. I am at my wits end as it is over R40000 whic to me is significant as I was retrenched in March 22. Absolutely unacceptable.
