Travelcheck Customer service re. flights in Corona times

Due to the Corona situation I had to cancel a Lufthansa flight which I booked through Travelcheck and my email was immediately forwarded to the right customer service Team person and she said within a week I will get an answer about what is possible, refund or travel voucher or free rebooking. At least you have the feeling somebody is looking after you and they try and help you getting back what is possible. If you are trying to contact an airline directly at the moment there is nil coming back for a long time and you constantly have to worry that your money you spent on a ticket is just gone! looking forward to your answer and have a good Sunday *****
