TRAVELCHECK – A **** AND *******

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY In 2020 I booked an ticket to visit the UK, unfortunately due to the pandemic, my trip was cancelled. I was back and forth with emails to these con artists for months trying to get a refund for a ticket that costed me R9 235.00 – they continuously blamed the delay on the airline and finally stopped communicating with me regarding my refund. Now more than 2 years later, I have enquired again about my refund, they once again are still blaming the airline and stated that it’s a delay on their (the airline's) side – A DELAY THAT’S OVER 2 YEARS OLD, REALLY?????? They then offered me a travel voucher which I was prepared to accept, however, the value of the travel voucher was only R3 100.00 – what happened to the remaining value of R6 135.00 of my ticket. The consultant I was dealing with, Bongani, then told me that my query has been forwarded to their payments department, a few days later Bongani then advised me that their payments department advised that no further reimbur*****t will take place without any reason or explanation – I have been requesting a reason for a week now from Bongani and he seems to just be ignoring my emails. I WANT A FULL CASH REFUND OF R9 235.00 or I will hand this matter over to my lawyer and will contact a very famous consumer journalist in this country and expose you, Travelcheck, for the ******* and ************ that you are!!!
