I payed them for a flight ticket, three hours later they inform me that the airline did not accept my booking, I end up having my mother try and book a ticket, same story and they never refunded the money, only empty promises over and over

20 Apr 2020, 15:20Hi Ian, please provide us with your booking reference so that we can look into it. If we never issued a ticket, we didn't take any money either. Payment should have been voided. We apologies for the inconvenience and will into it once we have a reference number.
