Travel Check - Con Artist

Travel Check has advertised for mango airline tickets at a cheaper rate then the airline, I have booked these tickets and made full payment, only for travel check to send an email saying that prices have been increased and there's an extra cost which needed to be paid. I contacted the airline and they knew nothing about my booking and assured me their prices were never at that rate. Travel check has blamed the airline and never took blame for their false advertising. They promised my refund and to date I have got nothing, their phones are always not working and can only get a hold of them via email.
