The best service I have received in a long time

I wanted to share a good experience I had with this company at a time when its so hard to share any good news. I booked a flight with Travelcheck in early February to Spain travelling with my husband and two children in June. Our flights was cancelled due to the borders being closed and it was terribly concerning to us reading that many airlines are on the brink of bankruptcy. We received no news from the airline. We got in touch with a Lisa who helped us get vouchers for our flights from Qatar airways plus 10% value to use for future flights. Lisa was very thorough in explaining all our options and ensuring that we can have a family holiday next year June. Thank you Lisa, it is so good to know that there are still people like you out there caring about your customers.
