I have booked flights to New Zeelan in 2020 before Covid but our flight got cancelled due to Covid. I have been trying since June 2020 to get my refund and every time I was told that the airline have not refunded then. Out of desperation I went to another travel agent which confirmed that the refund was paid back to them and nothing was paid to me and they used the funds for themselve. Please never use this travel agent as they are not very honourable and have no integrity.
