Still witting for the respond , please help

I bought ticket through travel check I have paid an amount of R33.000 for 4 ticket, to travel to Moriatuis with my family due to COVIT 19 my trip was counselled, this happened in 2020 Jan, Then I asked for my refund, till to date no respond from their side its now 2022 and I'm still waiting for my refund but nothing. please help me hands my family is straggling and I m now unemployed. I really in need of my money please help me .
