Stay away from TRAVELCHECK

I would give them less than zero stars if I could. After requesting a refund for a cancelled trip, they gave me the run around for over a year until I accepted a credit (no refund). Then I used part of the credit for a flight which was cancelled by the airline. They have been giving me nonsense stories for about 3 months. Not even a credit offered, just excuses about them dealing with the airline despite the airline never having been paid because there was no flight. There is also no way to contact them other than by e-mail. Stay away from this company !!
