Shut them down - should be investigated for *****

Like so many over the past few years, I have been de*****ed by this company, refusing to refund cancelled covid flights after being given money back by the airline. Same as everyone else, they have strung me along for 18 months with promises of vouchers and refunds that have never materialized. I cannot believe they are still in business, hence I feel compelled to write a review to warn others
