Travelcheck is a **** website.Booked a flight in 2020,was cancelled due to covid.Was told via email refunds cannot be given but vouchers valid for 2 years will be given..However i tried booking a flight recently cannot get onto website to book.Queried with Emirates and was given proof that a full refund was done by them in June 2020 to Travelcheck.An email was sent to me saying now if i want a refund they will minus 25% handling fee and a further waiting period as refunds take much longer.They are not responding now and no phone numbers to contact them..Please assist..

28 May 2022, 11:05All responses are automated with same results...service team will reply...handed to accounts department..what error when booking..all excuses..issue handed over to Consumer Goods Ombudsman .
The company has been tracked via CIPC. Travelcheck has been registered by a gentleman named Werner Cawood .I have googled the name and a company by the name of Cawood Attorneys in Pretoria has come up with the same address registered as Travelcheck..
I have called the company and the receptionist was reluctant about details of company,however told me to email a gentleman named janco..at *** reponse as yet.. it is obvious though they are running the online website which is not credited with ASATA
The facebook page was deleted as i have made it known to the receptionist that i will post all details on the social media platform.
Are they an attorney company ******** people??
Can others ****med please come forward so we can form a body and take this to further authorities..
