refund from Travelchech not yet paid since from 2020 till now nothing please help

I bought inflight ticket to moriatuis through Travelchech an amount of R31,000 was paid cash. due to hard lock down( covit19) airmarituis was cancelled and they promised to refund back my money since from 2020 till today nothing was paid they have been promising to pay bag the money but nothing please help I REALLY NEED MY MONEY.
