They advertise lower rates than the airlines and after payment is made they request more money because fares have increased!
Then when you cancel they insist the refund will take 45 working days to process.

Sometimes price increases happen due to cache settings etc. In the rare cases that this does happen we do offer the option of a refund. We are currently experiencing a backlog in refund requests due to the COVID-19 outbreak.
