Poor Service from Travelcheck South Africa
Extremely poor customer service. My children and missed our planned holiday and turned back at the airport due to their poor service. To date, and many days later, they are still to resolve the issue.

Due to the schedule change we were able to provide a full refund on the 6 JAN. We hope you will consider us again in future.
