Pathetic Travelcheck service.

Pathetic service. Will not recommend anyone to book with Travelcheck. Will even go for a no rating at all.

I had to travel in March and cancelled 3 tickets before lockdown. Cancelled another 4 tickets 2days before lockdown. I have been emailing them ever since. When emailing they give you the same messages about covid volume cancellations and awaiting response from Etihad. I called Etihad directly and they confirmed that the monies has been paid over to Travelcheck long ago Still Travelcheck is giving me no direct answers. I hope I will get a response as it is going in for almost 9months now.
