Pathetic Travelcheck service

I booked and paid for my air ticket in February 2020 and was due to fly out in September 2020. Due to COVID-19 restrictions I was unfortunately not able to travel and informed the airline timeously. I requested a travel voucher as I was aware that Virginia Atlantic offers open vouchers for their patrons who can't fly due to COVID restrictions. To date I haven't received a refund nor a voucher as promised. Travelcheck lines don't get answered and the last email they sent said that I will get a voucher that's valid for 24 months. It's been 2 months since I got that email and nothing. I contacted them by Facebook messenger as well and they say I must wait another 3 months. This is the absolute last time I will use this pathetic travel agency!!!
