Not refunding fees owed and already received from airline.

I am also not getting a positive response on my refund on a cancelled international flight ticket for months now. I have confirmed with the airline that the funds have been paid back to Travelcheck. Can a manager at Travelcheck please resolve this for me and please respond? I can't call anyone on the phone either. My own money needs to be paid back! Please call me on ***.
