No service

Been trying to get our refund for flights cancelled for over a year now. No feedback and no assistance. Qatar confirmed they are waiting for Travelcheck to request the refund but nothing is being done. We are at a complete loss. Previously they kept saying they are waiting for Qatar, now they don't even bother answering us anymore.
