No refund received

I had a booking with booking reference 19-10-241308 & JKMMZW

Don't trust this travel agency. I booked and cancelled a flight as my details were incorrect. They promised a 75% refund November last year and still nothing appears. They do not reply neither care from their side. The people that assisted me was Roda and Clarence, very unprofessional
