Never book with Travelcheck

I am still awaiting a refund since March. The **** does not enable you to talk to anyone due to "High call volumes". There is also no on-site premises one can visit. After countless emails with still no refund I have opened a dispute with my bank. I am awaiting a response from an investigative jounalist and will also open a case against them. They have been lying saying that Lufthansa is to release the funds. I have spoken to Lufthansa (a massive company that can actually take calls!) twice and they have confirmed that the travel agent (Travelcheck) holds the funds. It would be wonderful if I could just get my refund without going through all this hassel!
