Inconsistency on cancelled travel by Travelcheck

I made a flight booking for 3 people from JHB Lanseria to Cape Town on 11 March 2020. I payed for 1 reference via EFT and the other via a ATM deposit,after paying for the booking I received an email that price has changed compared to what was on their site. I was given an option to top up or cancel.I asked for a cancellation on both references 20-03-260535 & 20-03-260537 on 12 March 2020. Travelcheck refunded part the deposit for REF: 20-03-260535,no vouchers mentioned. I have been following up for REF:20-03-260537 with no luck. Travelcheck is now corresponding to me with "FlyMango is not offering a refunds" but a part of this booking was refunded on 19 March 2020. Whats the difference? I need my deposit back and not willing to go for their voucher option.
