Expressing my disappointment.

I couldn't agree with most of the complaints here. I was really disappointed with them. At first the way I was so excited to see an agency with low prices, when I first heard their Ad on a radio station. We also booked a ticket to New York just before the outbreak started, After paying I also got an email that must pay extra money as the amount has changed. I also Checked the Airlines charges they had not changed, what irritated me the most was, I went through their website again i found the same flight still on low rate i asked the agency consultant as we were on the phone that how can she say the amount has escalated whereas I'm on their website as we speak and the amount is still low. Went through another agency website same flight got it cheaper and no hustles. I'll really felt ****med and I wrote them an email demanding e refund which took forever to be paid but we finally got the refund after pushing them for weeks.
