Excuses and *****

I have been trying to get a refund for my flights that were cancelled due to Covid. Qatar have issued two different vouchers now for a full credit refund that they were en at to pay to me. Qatar have also paid me the money that I paid direct to Qatar. Unfortunately travel check don’t seem to honour refund vouchers and pass you backwards and forwards between different people, all giving pathetic excuses as to why they can’t pay me back yet . I will never book with this ********** travel agent ever again. Disgusting behaviour .
