DO NOT BOOK THROUGH TRAVELCHECK

I booked a flight from CTN to JHB. Received an order number, and as per their website the Facebook site is manned 24 hours a day. When requested on the progress of the ticket I was told, that someone can only assist me at 08:00 AM. It is now 08:39, and I have had no response from them. Tried the Cape town phone number listed on the website, but it goes to an automatic answering machine saying that they are unable to assist at the moment. I also tried the email in the early hours of the morning, as this is a very urgent flight. Only to get a reply that I will have feedback within 24 to 48 hours. The flight leaves in 10 hours. This company has no 24 hour customer support, as claimed on there website. In fact, there is no customer support period and I would not recommend using them to do Flight, hotel or any other booking
