Dishonest Thieving Travelcheck

Travelcheck is the most dishonest, lying, thieving travel agency in South Africa. I have requested my refund in mid June 2020 which was supposed to take 90 days. I have confirmed with American Airlines that the refund for my tickets has been paid to Travelcheck 2 months ago, Travelcheck have **** and indicated that they have not received the money and that i should follow up with them at the end of November. After my last follow up email they now indicate that they do not have sufficient funds to refund me for my tickets and that they may only be able to refund me in March/April 2021. This obviously means that they have received the refund money and used it for other expenses or just keeping it in their bank account. How is it possible that such a dishonest company continues to operate.
