DEAR PUBLIC DO NOT ...I REPEAT DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR MONEY

It's been over a year now that iv been waiting for my refund everytime I contacted them they pretend to escalate my request only not to hear from them again...and when I do hear from them they have most arrogant and disrespectful manner of responding. If it's not their bad report then they have ridiculous clauses stating I can only get a portion of MY money back ...as if I am the 1 that's caused the pandemic ..DEAR PUBLIC DO NOT ...I REPEAT DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR MONEY
