Avoid Travelcheck, 4 months waiting for refund, yet supplier has been paid.
Travelcheck (Order: #20-02-255535) no refunded of money, yet their supplier has been paid and awaiting funds to clear!! Going on 4 months of chasing. There seems to be a pattern with the other complaints on hellopeter.
1 star is too kind but it is the lowest option!

Please note that there is another supplier in between the airline and us and hence we don't receive the funds into our account yet. This will hopefully be solved very soon. Apologies for the delay and the inconvenience.
