Avoid TRAVELCHECK

TRAVELCHECK deserve minus stars! Avoid using them at all costs, especially if you are making bookings that could be affected by future COVID unknowns. I waited more than 7 months for a refund on a ticket in 2020, and then only after threatening to take the matter further. I verified with Emirates directly that they had reimbursed TRAVELCHECK 6 months previously, so MY money was sitting in THEIR bank account whilst I was being fed untruths and excuses. I have a friend who is going through the exact same ordeal with them. This is a gross consumer violation.
