Anyone feeling ****med by travelcheck?

This company doesn't even deserve the 1 star, I have just given 1 star because there's nothing below it.

I purchased tickets through Travelcheck for Lufthansa. Due to COVID Lufthansa advised me to ask travelcheck for a refund so that Lufthansa can refund me, which I have requested travelcheck

Travelcheck initially told me I would receive my refund in 2 installments, end of feb and end of March. When I followed up last week on my refund, I got stories to follow up again in 2 months

I feel as though I have been ****med, if the airline has refunded travelcheck, why isn't travelcheck refunding clients?

Then you have service from travelstart, where I have received my full refund with no issues!
