Absolutely ****med!!

Absolute **** company. They issued us with Qatar Airways EMDS to rebook within 2 years. We went to Qatar Airways to use the EMDs and rebook to which they showed us that Travelcheck refunded the tickets back to themselves without notifying us. Now the EMDs are not valid as they were refunded and this **** company is holding the funds! A ***** case will be opened against them and all with similar issues should combine the cases.
