Strongly do not recommend Travelarium

I am deeply disappointed with the service provided by Travelarium. I was eagerly anticipating my first visit to Bela Bela, but the experience fell far short of my expectations. This trip has left me disheartened and questioning the value of working with travel agencies in the future. The frustration of going through this experience is something I regret, and the only positive aspect was the time I was able to spend with my friends.
