I do not recommend this agency

I cannot, in good faith, recommend this agency to anyone. After my experience with them during the Bela Bela trip, I have no plans to book with them again.

As a paying customer, I have every right to voice my dissatisfaction, and it’s their duty to address the issues. Instead, they have been forcing people to delete their reviews, which is unacceptable.
