Dissipointing Getaway Weekend with Travelarium

I recently booked a weekend camping trip with Travelarium, but unfortunately, the experience was a nightmare from start to finish. The constant last-minute changes made us anxious and confused, with no clear communication from the agency. We didn't receive essential information about the activities, and the itinerary was changed without our knowledge.

On Saturday, we had a late breakfast at 1 pm, and most of our weekend was spent packing and unpacking. We even had to set up and take down our own tents! The coordinators seemed overwhelmed and unprepared, and the agency's representative failed to make an appearance to coordinate the group of 36 people.

The resort facilities felt rushed and cramped, and we didn't get the relaxing weekend we were promised. The agency seemed to disregard our concerns and feedback, making us feel like we were just another number.

Overall, I'm extremely disappointed in Travelarium's service and would not recommend them to anyone. They need to improve their communication, organization, and customer care to provide a decent travel experience.
