I was starry eyed when their excellent sales pitch had me sign my son up for an international study tour to the US planned for early next year. However, due to Corona, I cancelled. Their refund model has somehow changed to only refund in 12 months time...they had monthly installments which participants had to strictly adhere to. However, upon cancellation they introduce rules that are not in the original contract agreememnt.

I think they used the hard-earned money of their potential participants to fund their operations.

All I want is my money back within the next couple of days.
