STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!
For months I have dealt with *********** staff and ridiculous answers to questions what happens to monies paid when this “company” keeps it in excess for 12 months. Earlier today I called to get the e-mail adresss of the CEO, Steven van Zyl. 2 Extremely obnoxious people - Nadia and Simone - refused to give me the e-mail address. They even refused to confirm whether Steven has an e-mail address. Apparantly it is a company rule that came from the top. I kid you not. The admin staff has been brainwashed to believe that is an acceptable response. If this is not a sign that you are dealing with a ***** company, nothing is!

Please refer to the email we sent you this morning, one of many.
May we note here that you phoned our office and insulted our staff, using the word "idiots" and many others.
This case is clear and straightforward. You failed in your contractual responsibility to get a VISA in time for your child's tour.
Despite the contractual rights we have, we transferred your child to the 2023 tour without raising the tour base price.
I will not allow anybody to verbally abuse my staff so my instruction is that no staff member may communicate with you further, except if you apologise to the staff, here and in writing.
We will also report your behaviour to your child's school if you carry on.
Your lawyer is welcome to contact me, and my staff will give my contact details to him/her.
