School Tour & Booking Not Compliant
Do not recommend any parent looking to sign their child up with this company for a Tour.
We cancelled our booking 3 months, (87 days) before the actual tour and have been charged a 50% cancellation fee. I am awaiting feedback from the company to show that this cancellation fee they have charged is a valid cancellation fee and follows the CPA.
Highly and very expensive cost to cover for no and miscommunication regarding contracts and tours.
Ridiculous.
