Refund on Europe academic tour

On the 20th April 2020 I cancelled my daughter's academic tour to Europe due to the Corona virus and her September 2020 school holiday falling away. I paid a total of R47500. 00, they responded that the R7500. 00 deposit will not be refunded but all other money's will be refunded which I am fine with. I did a online cancelation as they requested on the 20th April 2020 and since then there was no real communication only that my query was send to management and to date 08/06/2020 no response is received from management. I took out a loan to pay for the tour and I need to pay the money back to the bank, every month with interest get added. I just need to get and answer to when is my money that I have pay going to be refund so that I can make arrangements. They were quick to communicate & receive all monies but now that they need to refund the money back the company went into hiding.
