Poor service delivery
I would not recommend doing business with this company.
Based on the lack of service from the beginning makes a parent wary to send your child on tour with them.
Because I live in Pretoria, I had to collect the raffle forms myself, they were not willing to courier the items to me as they would have to other paying clients. Furthermore, a sponsorship letter was requested 23/11/2023 and has still not been received on the 1/12/2023 even after I requested in office for the third time when collecting the raffle forms.
Furthermore, the concept of inviting students on tour who have worked hard to achieve their academic scores and then informing them that they furthermore have to source their own finances to attend such a tour is skewed. The company is certainly not concerned with motivating or providing successful avenues to explore.
My suggestion would be to partner with schools in fund raising initiatives to make the invitation for such academic achievement a reward rather than a burden.

Over our company WhatsApp chat it was asked if you would like to collect raffles forms, you let us know that you would collect. Please note that if it was inconvenient we would have been happy to courier the raffles.
Based on clients' wishes we courier to their residential address or have staff members who are closely located deliver as well.
With regards to waiting for a sponsorship letter. It does take a few days to receive because we create them in batches, due to the high volume for this specific tour. To date, we have created 1245 sponsorship letters.
From the feedback that we have received over the years, our Annual Academic Achievers has been a life changing experience for hundreds of learners.
We assist in fundraising by creating and printing raffles books each year, with free participation and sponsoring the prize thereof in an effort to enable children to make this opportunity a reality for themselves.
In addition to this we provide official sponsorship forms for those who are keen to approach corporates. This has led and continues to lead to many fulfilled sponsorships which makes this touring experience possible for many deserving learners, opening the eyes of our minds to a world of possibilities whilst on tour.
