I read and understood the cancellation clause clearly and I have pointed out to yourselves, the reason as to why I am due a refund based on your clause. I can reassure you the email correspondence was not "extensive"; this is a very basic issue of interpretation. I should hope that you are the ones who feel informed and take the necessary steps to paying the refund due to me.
