Day light ******* - Travel and Sport
I will never recommend Travel and Sport. Last month travel sport adjusted my kids tour price by R1871. The heading was final adjustment. This month they adjusted it by another R1100 even though I paid all outstanding monies. Not once did they communicate to say that there will be penalties for late payment. I Joined late and all payments was up to date. I had 1 payment left( R3650) that was paid. Yet they adjusted the price knowingly that we cant cancel the trip. So within 2 months price was adjusted by almost R3000. That is my kids spending money,
Very disappointed and wished I never signed up to send my child. Trip was original R36650 Now R396650.
I will never recommend them.

As we pay forfeitable deposits on services such as flights and accommodation that you are liable for, we have no choice but to recoup those costs from the person that booked and initially undertook to pay for the whole package. The CPA was drawn up to protect businesses like Travel and Sport specifically for this reason. It allows us to hold back a fair part of the tour price in case of cancellation, and although you forfeited 50%, the industry standard is normally much higher, even up to 100%.
