BIGGEST ****** IN THE TRAVEL INDUSTRY!!!!
PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS TRAVEL COMPANY THIS BUSINESS BASES ITSELF ON *****ING MONEY FROM INNOCENT UNAWARE PEOPLE. My daughter was supposed to go on a tour with this company . We paid the deposit and the first installment. We later were told that the amount given to us was not the final amount and that the final payment was going to increase. They didn't give a definite amount of what the increas will be. We decided to withdraw my daughter from the tour as we didn't budget for any increases as the amount given to us for the tour was supposed to be the final amount. We requested this company to refund the money that we had paid back to us based on the fact that no travel has been booked as yet by them on behalf of my daughter they rep**** with the excuse that they had already made arrangements for my daughter and that the money we paid is 100% non refundable. These are lies as I had not yet submitted any of her travel information to them. I haven't given them her Passport or Birth certificate or anything . I have not signed any documents from them so all these lies they are telling is because they thrive on *****ing money from innocent people.. this is how they operate and its very sad because they lie, ***** and are un wiling to help people who have worked hard for their income. It's such a disgrace . I positively warn you as an individual and as a school wanting to book tour with this company. Do not do it. Stay away from them. This will save you from being **** to. And this will save you from being ****** by this people. All I want Is for them to pay me back...... and they refuse because this is how they make their money by robbing people. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

If you made deposit payment and the 1st instalment it means you received the tour information. This information informs the reader of the terms and conditions re the deposit payment. It also urges parents to read the T & Cs and provides a direct link to peruse.
We do not need specific individual travel information such as passport copies to start making payments. We operate with group bookings. We pay towards the flights based on the number of travellers; we make initial payments for ground services based on the number of travellers. Only once we issue tickets with the airline do we need passport copies.
It is our contractual obligation to pay for services on behalf of individuals who have paid towards the tour.
The closer to departure one cancels the more you stand to forfeit, due to the fact that we have contracts in place with our suppliers too.
Regarding your statement about a tour price increase. The ZAR has depreciated and therefore certain services would become more expensive unfortunately.
Please take note, that we do inform travellers of this risk. I quote from our tour information which you received where we cover certain important terms.
_All prices quoted are based on tariffs & fares currently available, as well as prevailing rates of exchange & therefore these prices are subject to change without prior notification.
Deposits are non-refundable.
Travel & Sport reserves the right to change the itinerary in the event of circumstances beyond our control.
