Be warned - Travel & Sport over-promises and BADLY under-delivers
Stay away!! The tour ‘delivered’ by T&S does not in the least resemble the tour that was sold to parents when they started making payments for the tour. The cultural experiences were not remotely as what was promised, and the T&S-arranged ‘sport competitors’ were worse than poor! When parents approached the CEO, Steven van Zyl with complaints, he was not prepared to meet parents to discuss grievances. He accused parents (and the tour group of girls) of lying, denied all wrongdoing and promptly referred us to their lawyers. Perhaps it’s T&S’ way of ‘managing’ complaints received? Do not waste your money thinking that you are giving your children ‘a life changing experience’. It certainly was a rather expensive waste. Please do your research, review other operators and do not be caught by using T&S.

We do extensive feedback after all our tours, to ensure that we uphold our high standards and look for room to continuously improve.
We were in regular contact with the school staff whilst on tour and subsequently have had in-person feedback meetings. The school understands that certain challenges were beyond our control and are satisfied with the level of service.
The school has toured with our company many times over many years, with wonderful feedback.
